I just love it when I sit in on some mlm companies internet seminars, and they have one of their top leaders that has broken all the sales records, teaching the session. It's almost like many of these networking opportunies are all related like their humans, and they share the same genetic pool.

Your probably thinking that's nuts, but it's like apples from the same tree. These reps more times than not sound alike. It could be I'm sitting in way to much, but hey, knowledge is what made my business grow. I'm still doing it, and getting better all the time.

So off I go to a webinar I usually have gotten th info in a email. Log in as a guest, sit in for a while and see what's up. I always love to hear how successful a person is, and how they did it. But this guy is telling everyone he is a leader because he takes the time to express how grateful he is to the universe. I probably would have fell for that one, in one of my weaker moments.

What was really creeping me out is, I timed him at roughly 14 minutes of going on like this, before he went on about marketing on the internet. And his online method has been tried and tweaked and tweaked some more, and it doesn't help build your business, not even close. I have worked with many things, and I am grateful I learned quickly.

So new prospects and new reps sat through his personal beliefs, but now they are off and running to put his marketing wisdom to work, until they return again. I have run the gamet and had little success with all the archived marketing methods in my own personal online back office. If your doing this now, most of those tools are a waste of money.

Someone that is a new to being a distributor or networking their opportunity, doesn't need a lesson on meditation or positive thinking. There are plenty of books out there that will do a much better job at that, then any upline sponsor doing a mlm business seminar. But yet they bore every new comer, and then wonder why they eventually lose interest and quit.

One thing I want to point out is, competion is the only thing that will keep you in business, because if there is no demand for something, you have no business. Your product and compensation plan in your mlm company I'm sure is first rate. If not find another. Sponsoring is where the money is and a Sunday school preaching is not going to get you there. You want to cut through the static and get a marketing system that easy and efficient, and can be passed on.
